| Susana del Prado 2000 mare Juan Miguel del Prado X Maravilla Mejia Susana was shown during the 2004 season. She attended Lexington VA, Wilmington OH and Nationals.For her first year out she made a decent showing locally.In the show ring she is very focused and hard working .On the trails she is improving, but she is still afraid of traffic and somewhat hesitant.I also feel this mare needs a lighter weight rider. Desviada del Prado(2001 filly) A Juan grandaughter out of Domingo Hija del Prado (El Gran Leo) Desi was also shown in2004 in Pleasure Schooling. I feel she may be a little too "pleasure" for the National show ring as she has a lot of extension.I have just started working with her after a winter off.She is easy to deal with on the ground, wanting to please. Under saddle she just wants to go go go and needs to learn to relax and walk. |
