Um
how do I describe myself? Its not easy. I am 20 years old. I'm
very eccentric. People used to say I was weird, but I like the
word eccentric better.
I am
pictured above giving you a thumbs up for looking at my page.
There is also two animated version's of myself on this page, my animated WeeMee is in the top left, and my Meez is shown to the right.
I LOVE MUSIC,
I have loved music my entire life.
I got that from my dad, who is a huge fan of the Grateful Dead. Whenever I can I will sing, I've been
told I'm not good, but I think I am awesome.
I
am sophomore at Worcester State College and am a Computer Science major.
Yes, I know I guess that makes me a nerd, but isn't it cool to be a nerd
now.
I love yard sales and am the greatest bargainer I know. I got that
from my mom, who is pictured to the left. She only has one eye due
to a boating accident in the summer of 1997. Due to the accident
she has one fake eye, which she can pop in and out. The picture to
the right is of her holding said fake eye.
I watch way too much TV. I love [adultswim],
if you don't know what that is I pity you.
I have one sibling, a sister. My
sister is mentally retarded, among other problems. She is
four years younger than me. I'd do anything for her. My
sister is pictured to the left.
My
Favorite band is
Piebald, who sadly recently broke up. The
picture to the left shows from left to right, Piebald's
singer/frontman Travis Shettel, me,
and Piebald's drummer Lucian Garo. I got a chance to be
in their last music video for their song "Friend
of Mine"
As I am a huge Music fan my three
greatest accomplishments are music related:
1) In the
summer of 1994, when I was 7, my dad drove my whole family to
Highgate, VT to see the Grateful Dead live in concert.
This was about a year before Jerry Garcia died, so I was able to see
him before he died. This is something that no one else I know,
besides my family, can say they have had the privilege to do.
2) On April 8, 2007 I
saw the band The Stooges live in concert at the Orpheum in Boston,
MA. The band hadn't toured together in 36 years.
3)
One of my goals in life, really my main goal in life, for years now
was to visit the legendary CBGB's rock club in New York City.
Well as some of you may know, CBGB's closed down fall of 2006.
I was very sad, because I never got to see it. On July 7, 2007
I traveled to New York City and went to were CBGB's used to be.
It was still there, but the doors were locked. I hugged the
door a couple times, then I found a marker wrote on the door.
What we wrote on the door was "20-20-20-4 years ago, we were all
sedated! CBGB's Forever!" The beginning of that quote is
a play of words that includes a modified line from the song "I wanna
be Sedated" by The Romones , a band that played many times at CBGB's.
I am pictured to the left standing in front of the door admiring
what we wrote.
