Daniel and Sebastian's Delicious Asian Pot Stickers
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped, 1 medium celery stalk, chopped, 1/4 cup green beans (chopped into pieces), 1/3 cup cucumber, grated, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, (or substitute with ginger), 1/2 tsp curry powder, 3 eggs, 16 to 20 oz. ground chicken (a little more than a pound), Package of about 60 small round pastry wraps (eg. Azumaya round wraps), A dish of cool water, 1/2 cup oil (for vegetables), 1 1/2 cups oil (for deep frying)
Directions:
Saute the onion, celery, beans, cucumber, and other vegetables of your choice in a large wok with the half-cup oil. Add the spices and fry until the vegetable mixture is slightly browned. Scramble the eggs in a frying pan until they are almost done and then add them into the vegetables. Add the chicken and cook until it is done, remove from the wok into a separate dish. To make the individual wraps get out a cutting board and place two round wraps. Spread water with your fingers over one and then place a tablespoon full of the chicken/vegetable mixture onto it. Then place the other wrap on top and press the edges down. Pick up one edge and begin firmly pinching the sides together. Do this with all the wraps until you have about 30 pot stickers. Heat the rest of the oil in the empty wok. Deep-fry about three stickers at a time flipping a few times each until they are a crisp, golden brown. Then use a spatula to remove them and put them onto a dish with paper napkins. (If you would like a healthier version, try boiling in water instead of oil)
Makes about thirty pot stickers... they are very delicious!

Daniel's Delicious Non-Dairy Drink
Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, 1/2 cup soymilk, 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a closed container and shake well
Makes about 1 serving... it's very delicious!

Daniel's Vegan Vomit-Colored Vile but Tasty Drink
Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, 1/2 cup soymilk, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a closed container and shake well
Makes about 1 serving... it's very delicious! (Warning! This drink could make you drunk! [The vanilla has alcohol in it! {But not too much in one tsp!}])
