The Easy Part!
I know what you are thinking!

Yeah right!!!

But, it really is...What is the tough part?

The diet! The pain from working out feels much better than the pain from passing up those free glazed donuts in the breakroom at work!
But, seriously!!
I work what is referred to as a "split", I break my workout up into 2 parts throughout the day. This works better for me because of my job.

On my lunch, (which is typically 2 hours) I will perform my weight training. After work, I go to another site of the same gym (breaks the monotony of the same scenery) to do my cardio. Sometimes, I switch that as well. I always rotate. I can't stay in the same place for too long! I find that switching up my routine gets my body to respond really well! It is so confused, it just keeps improving!

A typical week!!

Monday:
Off

Tuesday:
1 Hour of Cardio 1st thing in AM
Chest and Abs in PM

Wednesday:
Back and Biceps AM
1 Hour Cardio PM

Thursday:
Shoulders and Abs AM
1 Hour Cardio PM

Friday:
Biceps and Triceps AM
1 Hour of Cardio PM

Saturday:
Curcuit-train Legs
45 Min. of Cardio

Sunday:
MY BELOVED CHEAT DAY!!

Right now, my sets and reps. stay around:

4 sets of 10 reps. 4 exercises per body part

My muscles respond well to heavy weights at this range. I go with what feels bad in a good way! (I mean pain, but the "good" kind!)
