I am going to tell you about castles in this essay. Castles are usually big and old very old, but sometimes there not old. Some people hire people to make they a castle for there home. Only when they are very very rich. If I had the money I would make a castle for my home. Like that would happen hey let me tell you about the history of castles. In the medieval times the first castles started to appear in the 9th century. These castles were mostly made of wood. Most of them relied on natural defenses like streams or hills. In the castle there is a main hall , smaller hall sand there is bedrooms dungeons . O and there is dining rooms game room privet cambers and a kitchen. I think there would be a training hall and a armory.
In the ground floor the floor was mostly ground. When the floor went up
and the floor was timber always timber. A castle usually has
a lot of exits because if there is a battle they need a way out of the
place but if you don't have a exit you are trapped so you will die but
if you do you wont die. On a castle you need a big wall avery big wall
because if you don't have a big wall your opponent can just walk in your
castle and you would not want that now would you. In a castle you need
a defense for your castle so you get a place where you can use archers
