Track

Field

At
our school we have a track and field team. The people are separated in
categories bantam, midget and juvenile. Not to long ago we’ve competed
and won a couple of medals. In winter we do it indoor and after, when it
gets warmer we do it outside. The rules are the following:

This
is pretty much the rules. At my school I was doing the 3.2 km run, but
I wasn’t that good, I came out 7place and there’s a lot more people that
are better than me. In this case I have to train more to become the best.
I also did the shot put but I never new the results. The teacher that trained
us is Mrs Zagueri. She was also a champion when she was younger, but today
I don’t think she’s still in a team. You should join one to because it’s
very good for your health and especially if you want to get in shape. It
doesn’t matter if you’re not good, do it for yourself. And that is all
I had to say.
