There is lot of information about natural disasters, the local weather, accidents, traffic, business and economy around the planet. It tells you about new educational shows like Street Scents and the 6 o' clock news etc. Many people visit this web site to learn about many things around the world. CBC supports weather, news, and shows. When you enter the site you see a white backround, a blue banner with the CBC.CA logo, and pictures that change everyday. You see a button called search on the right side. You could easily search for the thing you want. This site is updated every time something occurs and has pictures of the stories. This site is made by the company of CBC 2002®. I visit this site daily so could I learn more things and have more knowledge about the world. This site is constructed for people who are interested in updating their knowledge about what's happening around the world. Many people have worked hard to build this site and it is a site which gives you infromation about that happens around the world, natural disasters, the local weather, accidents, traffic, business and economy. It tells you about the diseases that other people had and they adise how you could catch it and how to keep away from you. They also highlight the most important things on the calendar that happened in the past. Ex: Rememerance Day, Sept. 11, etc. They also honour the people who died in the war and have a little story about them. This site is also has a CBC Archives button. You can search things that have happened in the past, which is very useful. There is a another button which is the CBC Radio One. You can run CBC radio with Realplayer, Windows Media Player or Quick Time Player. You can lsiten to CBC Radio One live from Toronto, Ontario. I think that is pretty neat idea because if ever you go somebody's house for example and they don't catch CBC you can on the internet "If they have" and listen to CBC Radio One. This site is one of the best educational sites!! |
