Now this is my third country which is Poland. I'm going to talk about two things one is the food which involves also the drink and the secoend thing is the religion and how the community works if churches are still standing and etc....
First I'm going to talk about the food and drink. The people in Poland don't really drink different things like coke and 7up and etc... but they often drink alcohol and the most common and well know alcoholic beverage is vadka many Polands drink that and love it a lot. On the other hand there are many different foods and feasts just like the Christmas one. Juring the Christmas one their are 12 different dishes which represent the 12 months of the year. None of the dishes include meat what so ever. All the dishes are fish usally herring, carp or pike. The other dishes include red borscht, mushrooms or fish soup, saurkraut with wild mushrooms or peas, dried fruit compote and kutia, a dessert especially popular in eastern Poland. The most popualar desserts are boiled or fried pierogis , Polish dumplings with a lot of different fillings. For Christmas Eve supper, pierogis are usally made with sauerkraut and mushrooms. There are lots more feasts but Christmas was the most popular one.
Next I'm going to talk about the community in Poland. There are many generous and polite people in Poloand. In Poland the community is very well put together hardly nothing ever goes wrong. There are many different attractions and sites to see, examples : all the rivers that have beautiful scenery and have bridges under them I find that Poland is a very nice and quiet place to stay.
