The Sheboygan Common Council passed an ordinance Monday night that essentially bans sex offenders from moving anywhere within the city limits.
The ban, approved 14-0 by the council, will prohibit a registered sex offender wishing to move sex personal to Sheboygan from living within

The council, at its Committee of the Whole meeting on Sept. 22, unanimously recommended passing the sex offender ban with the 2,000-foot limit.
Sex offenders already registered in Sheboygan can continue to live in their homes, but if they want to move somewhere else within the city limits, they would have to get gay sex toys approval from the committee.
About 1,300 sex offenders have registered with the Sheboygan Police Department since 2006, police said.
Several residents from an area on the northwest side of the city attended Monday night's meeting to urge the council to keep the buffer at 2,000 feet to keep potential sex offenders from moving into their neighborhood. The same neighbors had attended the Committee of the Whole meeting after hearing the limit might be reduced to 1,500 feet.
"Black out the entire city," said Jen Butler, one of the neighbors. "Remember, this is our home."

"They are human beings," said Sara Kruis of Sheboygan. "They want to get themselves better, but they can't when the city is turning them away."

A COMPANY director who thought he was grooming a 14-year-old schoolgirl for sex, has moved a step closer to overturning his potentially life-long jail term.

The sentence meant he would not be released until the Parole Board decided it was safe to do so.
But on Thursday Lord Justice Moses, sitting at London’s Criminal Appeal Court alongside
