Storage Folder (User Requirement)

1. Backup Folder

1.1 This folder should be able to stored any kind of user's file type and size. [Completed in March 2003]

1.2 This folder should be able to allow user to create, remove any backup folder file, also able to alter, remove, delete permanently, edit and run/execute any of file in it. [Completed in Mid of March 2003]

1.3 This folder should be able to backup all file in the folder based on user needs such as:

  • On demand [Completed in March 2003]
  • Scheduled ( by hour, day, month or never) [To be Developed]

1.4 This folder should be able to allow user to create a notes and description of any file in the folder. [Completed in March 2003]
This folder should be able to allow user to viewed Windows file information using Windows standard file information. [Completed in March 2003]

1.5 This folder should be able to allow user to change and view the status of the file for sharing purposes such as:

  • Disable for sharing [Completed in June 2003]
  • Pay per Request (File or Folder) [Completed in July 2003]
  • Free for All [Completed in June 2003]
  • Pricing Setting (By Token) [To be Developed]
  • Transaction Report [To be Developed]

1.6. This folder should be able to run Backup Management by using selection in Pop-Up menu. [Completed in March 2003]

2. Collection Folder

2.1 This folder should be able to stored any kind of user's file type and size. [Completed in April 2003]

1.2 This folder should be able to allow user to create, remove any Collection folder file, also able to alter, remove, delete permanently, edit and run/execute any of files in it. [Completed in March 2003]

2.3. This folder should be able to scan for certain extension form physical Windows folder with the sub folder and automatically insert it in the collection folder.

2.4 This folder should be able to allow user to create a notes and description of any file in the folder. [Completed in April 2003]

3. Web Folder

3.3 This folder should be able to allow user to create a new folder. [Completed in April 2003]

3.4 This folder should be able to allow user to create a notes and description of any file in the folder. [Completed in April 2003]

3.5 This folder should be able to allow user to backup any web files inside. [Completed in June 2003]

4. Connection Folder

3.1 This folder should be able to display all connection that been made by the logged user. [Completed in June 2003]

3.2 This folder should be able to alter, delete, remove, upload or download files or folders from any connected FTP provided the remote server-allowing user to do so. [Completed in June 2003]
If the user connected to other user that happened to RAZIS also, user should be able to:

  • All standard FTP function. [Completed in June 2003]
  • Search for all available files or folder to download. [To be Completed]
  • Pay the remote server/user with the value of requested token.[To be Developed]
  • Able to negotiate with remote server/user before downloads the file. ( reducing the price or even barter trade) [To be Developed]
  • View remote server/user files or folder information and description. [To be Completed]
  • User able to rate the document (Very Poor, Poor, Good or Recommended) after download it. [To be Completed]

3.3 This folder should be able to allow user to send and receive their e-mail from their e-mail server. [To be Completed]
This folder should be able to allow user to send and receive fax. [To be Developed]
This folder should be able to allow user to send and receive SMS. [To be Completed]

5. Document Folder

5.1. This folder should be able to display all folder and file from document database. [Completed in May 2003]

5.2. This folder should be able to auto create new version of file after the user save any altered files. Created files should be stored in one single folder and carry ver as their file extension.[Completed in June 2003]
This folder should be able to display any created report or HTML file that based on any selected document. [Completed in June 2003]

5.3. This folder should be able to allow user to create a notes and description of any file in the folder. [Completed in April 2003]
This folder should be able to allow user to viewed Windows file information using Windows standard file information. [Completed in April 2003]

5.4. This folder should be able to allow user to backup any files inside but not file from the database. [Completed in June 2003]

5.5. This folder should be able to allow user to edit the file by double clicking on its child node. [Completed in June 2003]

6. Shared Folder

6.1 This folder should be able to display all folder inside but not the files inside it. [Completed in June 2003]

6.2 This folder should be able to allow user to create a notes and description of any folder inside. [Completed in June 2003]
This folder should be able to allow user to viewed Windows file information using Windows standard file information if available. [Completed in June 2003]

6.3 This folder should be able to display the application public directory and logged user directory. [Completed in June 2003]

7. Working Folder

7.1 This folder should be able to display only file which carry the same extension as the file in the edit mode. [Completed in June 2003]

7.2 This folder should be able to allow user to edit the file by double clicking on its child node. [Completed in June 2003]

7.3 This folder should be able to display all HTML tag if the user select 'Capture All HTML Tag from Edit menu. A Child node, which is HTML tag, must show the location of the selected nodes tag when the user click on it. The icon should also capable to differentiate broken link or not. [Completed in July 2003]
