Document Management
Document management means you can manage your document which is divided into several folder. You can modify, delete, audit and tracking file accessed. Actually it is similar to Windows Explorer but the scope of coverage is restricted to the administrator setting.
Backup Management
Backup, RAZIS deploy zip concept (info-zip.org product) as a backup tools, you can zip and unzip files. The functions and features of zip is not as advance as other commercial zip software, but we intend to have one (it just call a function that already prepared by info-zip and its all have all the functions and features required). Nevertheless, RAZIS is still capable of zipping and restoring file.
Backup, RAZIS also capable to save all of your file into JPEG file format. Why picture? I just prepare a function and it's up to the user decision.
Collection Management
Here you can create a collection of file that based on file extension. You can even execute the file and run it in default windows association application.
Funtions and Features
1. Zip/backup any file or folder.
2. Execute any file in their default windows association.
3. Able to create notes on any file and can view by local or remote user based administrator setting.
4. Able to create description on any file and can view by local or remote user based administrator setting.
5. Able to add, remove, delete, execute and edit any file.
6.Able to save any file in RDBMS database or flat file.
7. Able to create report template and generate report based on RAZIS internal data or data from RDBMS database.
