Contact Management
This is one of the most important functionality in RAZIS model.
Functions and features
1. Add, update or delete group. User will be added or display based on this group.
All of the group is inserted by the administrator of the system and the data about the user can be inserted by anyone based on the security features established by the administrator, in other word not all user can add or may be all. Added process can be done directly from RAZIS application, via web connected to RAZIS or mobile phone.
2. Add, update or delete user.
This is where you can add a new user but you could also do this via web or mobile phone, any way there are more input required then what you have seen in the picture. There are notes about user, gender, banned/security status, company name and address and many more. You can also search for a user based on name, mobile number or by username ID.
3. Able to view user log and session in RAZIS server.
4. Able to generate individual or by group report.
