Often standard systems are followed to ge the work done properaly, still there are always scope of betterment by proper study of manufactruing unit and each of its aspect.
At first stage of audit we study the product, process, each and every factor of that manufacturing unit and we communicate with respective staff and labor.
After this a primary report is made & suggestions about modification in processes, material utilization, saftey practices, fixtures, need to train the manpower, plant and machine layout, etc. are discussed with concerned process owner or department head, Their view is obtained on the report and same is discussed with head of the manufacturing unit,
Finally a report is made on all the discussions over suggestions made by us and this report is submitted to management to take neccessary actions.
