Pastor Dennis Kang graduated from UCLA in 1998 with a degree in English Literature. He went directly to seminary at Westminster Seminary in California and received his M.Div in 2002.

He was born in Chicago but moved to the Bay Area at a young age. He was raised mostly in San Francisco where he went to high school. His hobbies include playing b-ball, softball, reading, watching ESPN, movies, and hanging out with friends. He is extremely passionate about missions and loves to talk theology, politics, and sports. His ultimate goal in life is to become a career missionary. He shares, "I want my life to count for eternity."
