| 10/21/00: My webpage is up!! Over the next week or so, I'll be adding more stuff to it, so keep checking back. Whenever I update, I'll post more information here. |
| 10/21/00 (evening): Here's what I've put on the site today - *About this site, general information about my website *Nordic music page, with links to artists and record company *Cajun music page, and the start of the BeauSoleil page *Hockey page, with Redwings and Gretzky sub-pages *Cool site of the week (on front page). *my e-mail address (for the website only) Keep in mind that all of the pages will be constantly updated as I find more stuff, or think of more things to say. New pages will be created, I'll try to create one each day. |
| 10/22/00 (morning): Late last night, I put up a new section of the BeauSoleil page - my top ten favorite BeauSoleil songs. Please read that, because I put a lot of effort into reviewing each song, not to mention narrowing my list down to ten. |
| 10/22/00 (afternoon): I haven't had much time to do anything, and the network here has been slow. But, nevertheless, I have started a page in the BeauSoleil section where I review the albums that I have bought. I'm trying to provide more information about the group than what I've seen around on the web. I won't put up too much stuff that overlaps with the stuff that is out there. You should always go to the links I put up, because those links each have some things that are different from the others. My goal here is to make this website the most comprehensive BeauSoleil fan site on the internet. But I have a lot of work to do before that happens. Keep checking back as I put up more BeauSoleil stuff, as well as new pages in other categories. |
| 10/23/00 (very early morning): I'm just about done with the L'Amour ou La Folie page, I just need to add links. I started the page for Bayou Cadillac. I'm not making much progress on this site, am I? I suppose I've been pretty busy this weekend. And it's only been two days since I created the site. When I finally get all of the sections created, I guess I'll put a special surprise on the site. I don't have a clue what I'll do, but I'll do something. Maybe I'll put up two or three extra cool sites if I finish before Halloween. I don't know. But I do know this: My website will just get better every day, and I'll try my very best to make it the coolest on the internet (probably won't happen, but it's worth a shot). I know hardly anyone will read this, but if anyone does, email me and tell me what you think of my site. |
| 10/23/00 (evening): One significant addition: A GUESTBOOK!!! Please go there now and sign the darn thing (it's on my front page). I've also added the beginnings of my University of Oregon section. I'll keep adding to it, but probably later in the week. I've also added pictures to my cajun, BeauSoleil and Nordic pages. |
| 10/24/00 (noon): I began the "other cool sites" section of my page. This page will be updated all the time. After all, hundreds of new cool websites enter the world wide web every day. Hopefully mine will make somebody else's cool sites list. Who knows? |
| 10/25/00 (morning): I updated the Nordic Music page with a few links. 10/25/00 (afternoon): Added some cool BeauSoleil links to that page. My goal is to create the largest collection of BeauSoleil links ever. 10/25/00 (evening): Added stuff to the Gretzky site - comments from myself, and four cool Gretzky links. Also created the Eugene Hockey Teams page. I have a feeling that this page will be huge, but awesome! |
| 10/26/00 (morning): I have created pages for all sections of my website (the pages listed on the front page). That doesn't mean they all have stuff on them yet, though. But I will try, if I can find the time, to put at least a few links on every page so that you will have something to look at. 10/26/00 (night): I completed the "Bayou Cadillac" page for BeauSoleil (except links). I also started the North Eugene High School page. Give it up for the Highlanders!!!! |
| 10/27/00 (night): Whew!!! I just completed the Cajunization part of the BeauSoleil albums page. I wrote a little bit about each song - all 14 of them. I apologize for the length, but I love that album! I also updated the cool site of the week. Actually, this week it's cool SITES of the week. I also added an archive for that feature, as well as for the what's new page. Enjoy, and don't forget to sign the guestbook. |

| 10/29/00 (afternoon): I've started the journalism page, as well as the page for the Palazzaris, my hockey playing relatives. I also added search boxes for the Internet Hockey Database on a few of the hockey pages. 10/29/00 (night): I've started the North Eugene Sports page, and I've pretty much completed the boys' basketball section of that. I've also added a story about Danny Ainge to the "my writing" section, and linked that article to the basketball section as well. Now I just need some NEHS and Danny Ainge links, and that part of the page is complete. Until I think of more stuff to put there. But there are many more sports to add, so it might be a while until I finish the page. Such is life. Such is my life. Such is this webpage. Better get used to it. |
| 10/30/00 (late night): Not much time to do much today, but I did manage to dig up some cool BeauSoleil links. The Honolulu Star-Bulletin one is especially informative. I just love when I find out something I didn't know about BeauSoleil before! The article includes the neat observation that Michael Doucet looks like Albert Einstein (he kinda does, eh?) |

| 11/21/00: I updated the cool site of the week. In honor of Thanksgiving, it's a page all about lefse. If anybody's actually reading this, let me say that I will probably have more time to work on this thing in a few weeks at least. Watch for more frequent updates. |
| 11/28/00: I added my cool Nordic music report to the Nordic music page. This is a report that I did for my Nordic Cultures class, and I hope you enjoy it. |
| 11/29/00: I added a new cool site of the week, and added some links to the journalism page. |
| 12/2/00: Today I added some Danny Ainge links to the North Eugene sports page. |
| 12/5/00: I added a "back home" button and update information to every page on this site. You will now be able to link back to the home page from any other page - no more hitting the back button. |

| 1/15/01: The BeauSoleil albums page is finished!!!! Until I get Looking Back Tomorrow, that is. Go there now and read my reviews of all five albums that I currently have. |

| 5/10/01: I've spiced things up a bit, with some Natalie Macmaster banners linking to her site, as well as some feedback forms on a couple pages. That's about it for now. As for the cool site of the week: Well, I think I'll keep Natalie's site as the cool site for another week, that's how much I like her. |
| 7/01/01: I've made many changes since I've last updated (sorry, but I can't think of all of them now). Mostly what I've done is added some BeauSoleil links, and made a seperate page for Celtic music on the Other Music page. I've also updated the cool site of the week, of course.
