12. James Glassford. It seems unlikely that this was actually Albert's father's name, as he apparently had died in USA while his wife was pregnant with Albert's older brother. (from a story by Bill Glassford - nephew of Albert.

Cause of Death: Bilateral bronchial pneumonia, pulminary emphysema, bronchial asthma. Post mortem conducted by T R Lubb, MD. Ill for 3 days from bronchial pneumonia.
Parents: James Glassford, labourer, and Isabel Daley
Buried: 17 Aug 1950, Karrakatta Crematorium. Minister J G Thrum, Presbyterian.
Born: Geraldton WA.
Married: Northam at 23 years to Emily Jean Burgess.
Children: James W 40 years, Gordon K 37 years.
