These articles would be written by the individual KMs of a realm or
their representatives. It would discuss the following items:
* Out-of-character news related to their kingdom
* Projects and upcoming events that they would like to advertise /
give a status on in their realm
* Information KMs feel they or their (A)GMs would like to communicate
to the players
I believe this forum would promote transparency and communication
between the players and the Kingdom staff.
The style of writing would be up to the KM writing the document �
Narrative, Descriptive/Expository, or Persuasive but should be out-of-
character. The last style is probably not the best style in my mind
for this article but someone outside of the Tribune will be writing
this information and ultimately the decision will be up to him or her.
I suggest that since this information is time-sensitive it should be
written and implemented close to the end of the project just before
the Tribune is distributed to the public.
AGM Quesnet
Note that this same content appears as an introduction on the individual Kingdom NS pages. Because it is closely associated with the NS reports, I will disagree with Quesnet and say that this can be written IC. The point is to give an overview of the Kingdom happenings and communicate the information that the KM considers important. It can briefly touch on a variety of events or focus on one major Kingdom plot. They do not need to be more than a few paragraphs, but if the KM gets really excited and writes a longer story, that's fine, too. Check out examples from a previous issue.
Also, each Kingdom section is tagged so that it can be linked to using a #tag code. For example, to skip to tahnn. However, I have not included these links at the top as I did with cities on the Kingdom NS pages. Future editors may take advantage of this coding feature (or not) as they see fit.
