Globox
AKA Mr. Scaredy-Cat
Every videogame series needs to have a main sidekick, and to Rayman, that character would have to be his best friend - a large blue reptile by the name of Globox. He's an adorable yet simple creature, and has a similarity to his major companion due to the fact that he can run without legs, however unlike the limbless runt himself, he is a total cowardice - when an enemy comes into view, he jumps in the shadows, shaking and worrying about what the opponent could do. But what makes up for his 'courage' he makes up for his defensive skills - the art of raindancing. This skill has caused him to rust several hundred robot-pirates and laser portals, as well as putting out large fires and growing plants instantly. With his beloved partner Uglette, a creature just like him but colored pink, he was known to raise several young children, each of them roughly about the same age - 650 at the last count!
Over time, his cowardice started to slacken off slightly and his courage started to pick up some speed - literally - through a slight bit of self training for a racing and battling biathlon sometime after the incident with Admiral Razorbeard and the robot pirates. Although he still seemed to remain a little bit clumsy and careless when it came down to the shoot-outs and the Capture the Fly events, Globox showed himself to be one with a strong fighting spirit inside him, yet he successfully managed to retain his original image at the same time. He was also known to make such entertaining exits during the battle sector, including the time when he deflated like a balloon before reappearing as his normal self. Overall, it was almost as if Globox seemed to have the time of his life.
Much later on, he started to do almost everything with Rayman. And even more so, he started to develop an allergy for one of the most popular drinks in Rayman's world - plum juice. To make things worse, by the time Andr and the Hoodlums came into their world for a spot of Hoodlum Havoc, he ended up being forced to drink a fermented version of the drink, which causes him to do such odd things, including burping out bubbles that travellers can bounce upon, inflating like a balloon and rising into the clouds, and even acting like he's just faced a case of the morning after the night before. Because of this, his courage level started to drop back down, but be lucky when he's just drunken a barrel of plum juice - with the substance flowing in his body, he's fearless! He even had the courage to take a grip onto a jet bike and learn how to fly with an engine in operation!
