September 16 1982. After months of testing and research the bioweapons division of Black Cell a US Military, succeeded in creating a supersoldier from modified DNA. The resulting organism was referred to as Subject: Oni.
Intense training began almost immediatly due to the subjects ability to grow and finally reach an age that suited the purposes of the agency. Trained in everything from weapons and demolitions to first aid and field surgery. After several years of use the subject was augmented with the Spartan armor system and his combat effectiveness was increased over 300 fold. Subject Oni disobeyed orders and has since went awol taking with him several million dollars in cash. Last reports had him running a mercenary operation. By all accounts his use has ended terminate onsight if chance occurs.
