 The next day as I drove along toward a mining operation I had time to think. The wagon had looked and sounded as good as I could ever want the night before. I decided to go see what the unimproved campground looked like. It took about 20 minutes to get out to it. It had the table and fire pit, but no water or bathroom. There wasn't anyone around. In fact, I hadn't seen anyone or a vehicle since I left the other campground. It was almost 8:30 and twilight was starting. I decided to go ahead and stay at the unimproved campground for the night.

I parked the wagon in a spot and unloaded the cooler. I made my sandwich and had my evening meal. As I sat at the table I looked around. The campground was deserted except for me. The table was next to the parking spot and about 15 feet from the side of the wagon. I planned on revving up and making lots of roars punctuated with loud bangs come from the wagon's tailpipe.
