The
Process

Contact us: Contacting us is easy. You may
either email us, call
us directly, or simply complete our online
web questionnaire form.
Once
we receive your initial inquiry, one of our consultants will
call you and introduce our services to you. We will then schedule
a mutually convenient time to conduct a confidential phone
consultation session with you.

Confidential
phone consultation session: This will take approximately
30-60 minutes. During this session we will ask you a series
of questions regarding your education and training, your employment
history, your skills, your accomplishments, your salary history,
and your career objectives. We will also ask you about the status
of your job search to determine if there are any specific positions
you are seeking.
At
the conclusion of the phone consultation session, we will
be able to identify which one of our resume packages best
suits your needs. You will then be able to subscribe to our
service online.

Custom
resume(s) written and delivered: After the phone
consultation session, we will begin to custom design and
deliver to you a tailored resume that specifically highlights
your academic and professional qualifications. Within 2-3
business days, we will email you your first draft(s). You
may review the draft(s) and request corrections and/or changes
as appropriate. We will continue to edit the resume(s) until
you are satisfied. If you subscribed to a package that included
a cover letter and/or thank-you letter, these will also
be sent to you.

Follow-up:
Once you have sheduled an interview with a prospective employer,
you may follow up with us for some interview tips.
Once
you have received a job offer, please let us know the good
news. You may also want to refer any of your friends, family,
and colleagues to our services so they too can benefit.
