Just so you know, before this Career Pool Motor Truck Driver status, our seasonals used to be paid scale. Now our new hirees will start at a lower rate of pay that will take five years to get back to scale. Sounds like great negotiations to us. At this rate the next contract the present Executive Board negotiates we will probably be getting a reduction in pay instead of a raise. It is time for a positive change and for the members of this Local to be heard. We are tired. Enjoy the rest of your summer and see you at the next union meeting.
