| 10/31/2007 - Began removing larger trees around the field to create a feathered edge and expose historically open-grown white oaks with large spreading canopies. | |||||||
| 11/17/2007 - Conducted the first prescribed burn through the savanna and woodland. Winds were between 5-10 mph out of the southwest. | |||||||
| 1/5/2008 - Seeded approx. 1 acre of savanna with native grasses and wildflowers. | |||||||
