I was a member of Resident Genius from its inception to July of 2005 when the band restructured. Over the course of almost three years, I have been asked repeatedly why, if indie rock isn't my thing, I'm playing in an indie band. The answer is simple. Jason and I have been friends for 18 years! That's longer than most of our fans are old! I've wanted to be in a band since he turned me on to hard rock and heavy metal and I always wanted to be in a band with him. That's the answer. The second most asked question aimed at me has been: 'If you don't listen to indie rock, what the fuck do you listen to?'
Well, here you go. I know there are only about three people out there who will care, but this is my entire record collection, minus a few insignifigant odds and ends that I don't really care about. The list serves double duty. You find out what Resident Chris really likes to jam to, and I've got an online list of what I've got. Steal it and I know what's missing, punk!
