House of Savage


Prerequsites: Must have a non chaotic alignment

  The House of Savage is comprised mainly of the first scholars that attempted to study the effects of Ruin and how it effected the body. The head scholar, Gene Savage, spent most of his life researching the Ruinous Force and had become sickly and old over time. Fearing that he wouldn't live long enough to finish his life's work, he concocted a drug that would that would, in time, turn him into a Warlock. However, the effects of doing so has warped his mind and has turned him into a cruel, remorseless man that sees everyone and everything as a new experiment. Gene then converted some of his closest colleges in Witches and Warlocks and they began testing the limits of their newfound power on world around them.
  This House focuses pushing the efficiency of Ruinous Force and works to make their effects as potent as possible; regardless of any risk that might occur.

Gene's Contempt [3rd] - Whene you use this Blessing, you channel your ill will into your Ruinous Force to create a blast that can pierce through your foe's defenses, leaving lingering effects. As a full round action, you sacrifice 5 HP and channel your Ruinous Force. If your attack is successful, your target must make a Will save or for the next 1d4 + 1 rounds, that foe must make all saving throws twice.

  Lv 4 - Relentless Aura - As a move action, you convert some of your Ruinous Force into a thin veil that refines your attacks by giving them a certain edge that can ruin lesser foes. As long as you are at ½ HP or lower, the DC saving throws of your attacks increase by an amount equal to CHA modifier for 1 minute. You may only use this ability once per day.

  Lv 8 - Cauldron Gift - Whenever you use your Ruinous Force, you may inflict a -2 penalty to all of their rolls and AC for 1 round unless they make a Will save. Those who make the save are immune to its effects for 24 hours. You may choose this ability more than once but only once per level. If you do, the penalty increases by 1 [750 EXP].

  Lv 12 - Frightful Presence - Whenever you attack or charge, all opponents within a radius of 30ft who have fewer levels or Hit Dice than you become shaken for a number of rounds equal to 1d6 + your Cha modifier. The effect is negated by a Will save. A successful save indicates that the opponent is immune to your frightful presence for 24 hours. This ability can't affect creatures with an Intelligence of 3 or lower
