Prerequsites: Must have a non-lawful alignment
The House of Rivers is known as the first House and is best known for creating
a long lasting legacy of fear and suffering. The progenitor, Ezra Rivers spent half of
her life going on rampages and defining what people associate as being as Witch in a bizarre
attempt to have someone end her life. Ironically, most of the power that she wielded allowed her
to defy death and empowered her with increased strength. Due to this, many people believed that
Ezra and those of her House were deities in human form. When Ezra was finally killed, many of her followers
banded together to fight for what they believed she represented: free and uncontrollable power.
People who are part of House Rivers are usually wild and reckless due to the fact that they have
methods to prevent their death.
Ezra's Brand [2nd] - This blessing allows you to create a small sigil made of Ruinous Force to use it as a special defensive charm. You gain 5 temporary HP and +1 deflection bonus to your AC for each Ruinous Force die you possess for 1 hour. Unlike normal, this stacks with other forms of temporary HP. Once you use Ezra's Brand, you cannot use it again for another 1d4 hours. Using Ezra's Brand is a swift action that only affects the caster.
Lv 4 - Deathless Aura - As a move action, you use Ruinous Force to create a thin barrier that reverses most harm done to you. If you have lost more than half of your life, you gain fast healing equal to ¼ your Witch level. The effect ends when your HP reaches above half.
Lv 8 - Cauldron Gift - Once per day as an immediate action, if you put a foe to -10 or lower HP with your Ruinous Force, you gain 2 HP permanently. Target must have an INT of at least 5 and have a CR greater than or equal to your character Lv - 2. You may choose this ability more than once. If you do, you gain an additional use. The number of uses cannot exceed your CHA modifier. [1000 EXP]
Lv 12 - Vitality Reserve - Each night when you sleep for 8 hours, you gain a vitality reserve equal to your level. As a swift action, you can spend one or more vitality points to heal three times that amount of hit point of damage on yourself.
