| The Waikiki Banyan is one of Waikiki's most popular resort condominiums. It is located only one block from the beach in the heart of Waikiki. Nestled on the nineteenth floor at the Banyan, our nest is the perfect home away from home while holidaying in Honolulu. Enjoy all the conveniences of a vacation yet the comforts of home in our cozy, 600 sq. ft. furnished suite. Our newly renovated suite has a separate bedroom with two beds (queen and double) and a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious living room has a sofa bed and a large lanai to enjoy the fabulous views of the mountains, canal, and the Ala Wai Golf Course and driving range. The lanai faces east so it gets the morning sun and the afternoon shade. There is a new bamboo hardwood floor throughout the suite, except for porcelain tiles in the bathroom. This air-conditioned suite has cable tv and a telephone for local calls (for long distance, use a calling card). There is a coin-operated laundry facility located steps away on the same floor. This is a non-smoking condo. Waikiki Banyan is a smoke-free building. No pets are allowed in our suite. The recreation level on the 6th floor is perfect for the whole family with a heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, barbecue facilities, a putting green, children's playground, basketball and tennis courts, and snack bar. There is a convenience store and internet cafe on the ground level and a free parking spot in the Banyan's parkade. While the Banyan is a child-friendly hotel, our suite is located on the opposite side (Mauka, facing canal) of the recreation facilities, providing a peaceful retreat for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The Banyan is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, and public transportation.
