With the Waikiki Banyan, it's location, location, location.  For you sunbathers and water lovers,  Waikiki Beach is only one short block away.  For the kids, the zoo, aquarium, and City Library are all in the area, within walking distance.  For golfers, there is the Ala Wai Golf Course and driving range nearby.

Feel like shopping?  There is a bus stop just outside the Banyan on Kuhio, and several buses take you directly to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre.  Or, simply browse in the numerous boutiques in the beach area or at the International Marketplace.

And of course there is sightseeing...
Walk to the Damien Museum, just steps away.  Or go on a brisk walk or jog to the 300 acre  Kapiolani Park.  And beyond, the  famous Diamond Head crater and its magnificent views.

Or, hop on a nearby bus and visit some of Honolulu's most popular sites:
the Punchbowl, Pearl Harbour/ Arizona Memorial, Hanauma Bay, Chinatown and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
