| * $400 will hold a foal for you until weaning time. * $400 will hold a weanling or older horse for you for 30 days. * Everyone gets 1 free week of boarding as soon as full or first payment is received. After that, boarding fee of ABOUT $25 a week will be charged, plus any other expenses incurred. Boarding fee will change depending on how much feed and hay was bought for the week as well as any price changes that the feed store makes, so there is NO SET AMOUNT on boarding fee. * All horses that sell under $1000, buyer pays for coggins and health certificate if required. * All horses are healthy and UTD on worming and hoof trims only, before leaving. Anything else wanted is at the owner's expense. If horses are not current, or are soon due for an update, or there are any known problems, they will be mentioned beforehand. * YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LEAD ROPES. I don't keep lead ropes stock piled, so you'll only be supplied with a halter upon pickup. * We DO NOT deliver. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. * All "Bred" mares are considered EXPOSED ONLY and don't come with a bred guarentee unless it says "CONFIRMED IN FOAL". * We accept Paypal, money orders, and cash only. * ALL HORSES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING, AND ALL DEPOSITS AND BOARDING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. |
