This is where the course began... 450 people just going for a bush walk...

This was taken at checkpoint 2, where we regrouped for the second part of the hike... and compared our mudlines... unfortunately I was too short for the photographer... and the legs aren't too clear, but I think you get an idea of how dirty we were by our (esp. my) t-shirt.
