Rene is the Digital Communications Coordinator of HR Communications for the University of Michigan. His role consists of designing and distributing digital communication efforts for Human Resources.
Prior to joining the University of Michigan in 2014, Rene assisted in the cultivation of leadership and training programs with the Walt Disney Company and the Boy Scouts of America while also freelancing as a designer and social media manager.
He hails from the state of Massachusetts, where he grew up a “wicked big” Red Sox and Patriots fan. He is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor recipient with the Boy Scouts of America. In his free time, Rene enjoys traveling, all things Disney and the great outdoors.
