This is how a typical job is executed:

The client sends us CAD files or scanned paper drawings together with a description of the

"deliverables" he/she expects from the job (3D model, visualisation, rendering, photo montage)

and the form of the deliverables (paper, file or CD).

We calculate the amount of time we will need to complete the job and submit

a written quotation to the client.

Once the client has accepted the quotation the price is fixed. No surprises for the client - any

deviations from the original quote are our problem.

We execute the job and request acceptance of the deliverables from the client.

The client confirms acceptance and we issue an invoice.
