Mission Statement
To support and defend the citizens of Paragon City from all manner of threats, both foreign and domestic, while upholding the law and lawful governance of the same, ensuring that the blue collar citizens are not overlooked.
The Working Class Code of Conduct
I. A Working Class Hero will always respond to a call for help from any citizen of Paragon City within a zone appropriate to the heros security level.  If the villain that prompted the call for help does will not react to the heros presence, then the hero may opt to not assist, instead to leave the task to a less experienced hero.

II. A Working Class Hero will always answer the call for assistance by his group mates, even if doing so requires the use of sidekick or exemplar, unless doing so would require the hero to leave a current team resulting in a determinant to their prospects for completing their current mission. If the Working Class hero is currently on a Task Force or Trial, they are exempted from this rule.

III.
A Working Class Hero, upon encountering a threat far and above the average skill of the current zone, will shadow the threat, warn other heroes and summon help through any available channel, remaining with the threat until it is defeated.
