Gargomon is the champion form of Terriermon. He's got the same attitude as Terriermon, but the first time he digivolved, he went a little bit insane. He wasn't able to control his new strength, and as a result, he blue up a few cars, and nearly shot Ruki. After that, Jenrya forbid him to digivolve again.
