�Vanessa�that "Crouching Aiden Hidden Burn" was a little inside joke between myself and show partner Andrew Lipsitz when we worked on CSI a couple of years ago, he walked in the bathroom at CSI and he literally walked through the front door of the parking structure and I was like 'whoa how did you do that?!' and he was like �Crouching Andrew Hidden Lipsitz� so it was part of a joke we had�had a little fun and put it in the script.� �This is an episode where Carmine and Vanessa really began to relax with each other and kind of enjoy the dialogue and not take it too seriously which I think is just perfect toning for the story.� 'The Science Behind The Scenes' featurette. "We have CSI's on the set everyday, so I would just be in their ear, pulling on their coat everyday saying 'What's this? What do I do?' " ~ On having on-set CSI's for accuracy help. 'The Cast Examine The Characters' featurette. "I love B-Sing everyone with the Robospanker. I just think it's hilarious. I think we worked so well together on that and the beats are great. So funny. I love that one." ~ On the 'Hush' scene with the sexual machinery. "She was beautiful, young Angelina Jolie, y'know, Red Hook, Brooklyn. Tough..." ~ Creator Anthony Zuiker on Vanessa. "We really get New York, y'know? The New York really comes out when we're together, 'cos you know when he starts talking and I'm like "Yeah de de de..." it's just like being around your family, y'know, and you're like "Oh God, I sound so Brooklyn!" ~ Vanessa on her scenes with fellow New Yorker Carmine Giovinazzo [Danny Messer]. 'Zoo Year' featurette. "I had a blast! I love them, I'm obsessed with dogs. There was this dog, Zorro, he's a bulldog and I wanna buy one of his pups." ~ On the dogs in the episode 'Recycling' [1.12] "In New York they're just *this* big and they hang out, and they're like "Whassup?" y'know? And they jump in your garbage cans. It's like, insane, y'know? It's a problem." ~ On the famed rats in New York, after the scenes in 'Creatures of the Night' [1.02] |
