| August 29,2005 - Sueann Ray's mini van is located parked in the farend of the Wal-mart parking lot off Riverstone Parkway in Canton, GA. This is approximately 12 miles from the last known location she was last known to be three days earlier. | September 1, 2005 -Family, friends, and concerned citizens gather at the Wal-mart where SueAnn was last known to be to hold a candle light vigil. She has now been missing for six days. Quinton Ray is released from custody this same day and appears at the vigil. He is later escorted outby police officials. | November 14, 2005 - Sueann's father appeared in a Gainesville court to confront Quinton Ray about why he is refusing to return Sueann's personal items given to her by her now deceased mother. Danny Jenkins briefly spoke to Quinton Ray outside the immediate court room and asked him to take a polygraph test to clear himself.
