1. Your site can be about anything. (no porn. etc)

2.You can only nominate you own site.

3.You must put a link on your site before or right after you submit.

4. You can nominate your site in 5 categories (if you nominate more then one of your sites they can't both be in the same category.).

5. No sites that contain porn, hate, or racism.

6. No hiatus or under construction sites.

7. Fill out the form completely.

8. Where it say "URL Code" Tell me where you put the code in your site.

9. If you nominate yourself for best new site, it can't be more than 4 months old.

10. Where it says "Do you Remember" write: "Always"  just to make sure you read the rules.
