How to wear a t-shirt #13

How to wear a tshirt #13 When we started this series, it was full of ways to cut and sew up an old tshirt. But how do you really WEAR one? There are lots of ways! We show you five new ideas.

Materials:
tshirt
brooches
rubberbands
safety pins
belts or ribbons

Idea 1: layer. Wear two tshirts one over the other. They can be different sizes, just so one shows under the other. Keep the bulkier one on top.

Idea 2: tie at the side with a brooch/band. A twist on an 80s classic, tie and scrunch a corner and secure with a pretty pin.

Idea 3: roll sleeves. When layering, roll sleeves or fold them up together (or separately) for a double-color look, or simply to alter the length of the sleeve.

Idea 4: pin at the back. Create a snug fit by pinning the tee in the back to resemble darts or a seam.

Idea 5: create puffy or hanging sleeves or waist. Add a rubberband at each sleeve (not tight, or you'll cut off your circulation!) and puff the sleeve over it to shorten or puff. You can do the same with ribbons. You can also do something similar at the waist with a belt or ribbon and pulling the tshirt over it.
