Fares: Point to point timetable and ticket prices can be accessed from nearly every page of website.  Day tickets are valid for unlimited travel all day in the designated zone(s) shown on the Urban Rail map.  Note that a day ticket for the inner zone costs about the same as round trip tickets for two within the inner zone.  Almost everything to see in Munich is in the inner zone; Dachau is outside the innner zone and requires an XXL ticket.
