Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16oz) soild-pack pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/4 cup honey
1 TBS molassass
1 can (12oz) Eagle Brand
     sweetened condensed milk

A Regular Guys Recipe

Pre-heat over to 425 degrees.  Combine ingredients in order given.  Mix well and pour into pie shell.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 and continue to make for about 45 minutes more.  Pie is done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.  Cool and serve with whipped cream.
