Some bad photos of my place.
(out of order)
This is just past the front door. On the left you can see a car port. Straight ahead a Tangelo tree and a tangerine tree. On the right theres the start of a Gazebo I built. A gazebo is an outdoor structure where you can entertain and have BBQ's if you want. This has never been used but I had fun building it.
Behind that is a front door somewhere. We have now cut that all down to clean it out, and its now growing back again
The back yard.... well side actually. The Palm tree (on the right) is gone. I cut it down just before Christmas, The standard roses are gone. Gave them to a friend at work. Behind the glass doors is the spa. This is not the house this is a pergola attached to the house. The whole pergola is coming down (falling down too) and a bigger better one will be built. When you ask??? As soon as I can tear myself away from the Internet. The rustic fence on the left will have a timber decking walkway on it eventually. slightly to the left of the gum tree on the left, and in the distance is a lemon tree.
Front again... All rustic fences, pavers, pergolas, Gazebo, retaining walls were built by your truly. The structure you can see with the two hanging pots is called an Arbor. Its a gateway entrance to a garden.
This is looking down the driveway with my back to the garages. When the roller door is closed no one can see in. The dividing fences have just about had it and need replacing. On the right fence, right on the corner is a hidden gate to the neighbours place. He has a swimming pool we can use if we wish. We are often backwards and forwards borrowing things off each other Mainly tools nuts and bolts etc.
This is the front door (on the left) there's a pond outside that with frogs in it (Ribbet..... Ribbet...)
This is looking down from the Gazebo to the front of the house.
Looking at the front door and pergola, from the other side to the pond. The window is the master bedroom. It would be nice to sit out the front and have breakfast or coffee in the winter as the house faces North, ands gets the sun then (not that we ever do!!).
More to come as I improve this page.
