Main Entry: transition
Pronunciation: tran(t)-'si-sh&n, tran-'zi-, chiefly British tran(t)-'si-zh&n
Function: noun
Etymology: Latin transition-, transitio, from transire
1 a : passage from one state, stage, subject, or place to another : CHANGE b : a movement, development, or evolution from one form, stage, or style to another

In many ways transition for me was like the setting sun.
Darkness slowly settled on my male existence as I took steps
to become the female I so dearly desired to be. Time
has a way of blending change in our lives, yet that process
never diminishes the outcome of the transformation.
Transition took me on an uncertain journey into the
future. I have evolved in ways that I could never
have anticipated. There is a wonder hidden in
all the toil involved in such an undertaking.

The Clay Bowl's Destiny

The
Ship you are riding on,
Look where it is
Heading:

Your body's port is the graveyard.

Realizing the destiny of each clay bowl
Tossed into the sky
With no one to
Catch it

I finally
Accepted the Beloved's kind offer
To enroll

In
His Sublime
Ball-busting course
Of
Spirit
Love.
