Just Sit Still
"I love yoga class because it totally clears my mind, especially when we meditate at the end, but I never have time to go." -Lisa

Make it happen:
Even if you only have 15 minutes before bedtime, you can shut your door, clear a place for yourself on the floor, sit up straight and rid your mind of all those boy, body and other stress thoughts. Welcome to inner peace.

Get Crafty
"I want to make collages with photos of my friends and puctires out of magazines, but it takes forever to find the right images."
-Kim
Make it happen: Make a folder that's just for collage pictures. Next time you're looking through your magazines and see images you dig for a future collage, tear out the page and stick it in your folder. The same goes for photos. Now you've got all the raw materials ready to go for your next rainy Sunday afternoon.

Watch What You Want
"If I had free time alone, I would rent one of
the movies that I've always wanted to get
when I'm at the video store with my friends,
but I was too embarrassed to admit it." -Cindy
Make it happen: Guilty-please movies are on excellent way to treat yourself, especially if you've been having a tough day. If you don't think you have the time to sit down for a whole flick, try doing something else while you're watching, like eating dinner or doing your nails.

Sketch Something Spectacular
"Once, I got some markers and drew the floor plan to my dream house. I put a pool in hte middle of the living room, and the whole top floor was an enormous rose garden. I wish I had more time to draw." -Michelle
Make it happen: Pretending isn't just for kindergartners. It's great to relax and learn about yourself. You can work on your drawings a little bit each day as a study break or doodle during commercials when you're watching TV.

Document Your Dreams
"I would write down everything I can remember about my dreams in a special journal and then find out what they mean." -Maria
Make it happen: Keep a dream journal by your bed so you can write down your dreams when you wake up each morning. Just jot down all the images you can remember-- it won't take you more than five minutes. Next time you're in the library, find a book on dream interpretation and figure out what all those sleeptime stories mean.
