What would you do with an extra hour added to your schedule? (continued).
Mix It Up
"I would get out all my CDs and make a mix for my friends. I'd pu on songs that remind me of fun times we've had together." -Alice
Make it happen: Try recording one or two songs a day during a time when you'll be in your room listening to music anyway, like when you're getting dressed in the morning. By the end of the week, you'l have your monster mix ready to go.

Ramble With Rover
"I love taking our dog out for a walk, but I never really get to take him very far before it's time to come back home." -Selena
Make it happen: Walking the dog needn't be an hour-long commitment. But, if it's a leisurely stroll you're craving, consider using the walk as a study break rather thsn watching TV, e-mailing or talking on the phone. Walks can clear your head and even get you prepped for more studying.

Confess To Your Crush
"I spend way to much time thinking about my crush, like what I would say to him in certain situations and stuff. I'm a daydreamer, which my mom says is a big waste of time." -Penny
Make it happen: Theren's no need to keep all those feeling bottled up inside. Tell your crush exactly how you feel in a letter that you'll never mail. If you don't have time to do it all in one letter, try writing words down when they come to you. P.S. Makes sure you keep your love letter somewhere private, like in your underwear drawer.

Boogie Woogie
"I'd pop in my favorite party CD or put on MTV and make up
a dance routine, but I'f feel guilty wasting an hour dancing
around." -Yvonne
Make it happen: Dancing is fun, but it also works the
muscles in your couch-lovin' bod. If you really work up a sweat, you can substitute this solo dance jam for a bona fide workout. PS It doesn't matter if you've got rhythm or not, because  you're the only person who's gonna
see the moves.

Make Some Munchies
"I'd really like to bake cookies or brownies because they taste so good when they're fresh out of the over, but I'd feel
bad wasting time when I know I have tons of other stuff to do." -Katie
Make it happen: You can buy mixes at the store, which make baking supereasy. If you'd rather pull a Martha Stewart and do things from scratch, bring your homework into the kitchen and work on it while you're waiting to take your treats from the over. The best part about baking alone: You get to lick all the bowls yourself.
