Filing
*Always fine your nails when you're dry. They'll be strongest if you file them into a blunt, squarish shape. File on one direction with light strokes. Never saw back and forth as this can cause your nails to split.
*First, file the ends straight across (I prefer filing in the direct my pink finger is in), always filing in the same direction...
*... Then fently round the corners, filing from the outside towards the center of your nails.
**Your hands will look best if your nails are all about the same length (duh).  ^.^
Cleaning
Use a nail brush to gently scrub your nails clean. Hold the brush at a 45-degree  angle, and be careful not to push below the natural line of your nail. Scrub with baking soda and warm water to whiten your nails.

Cuticle care

Your cuticles create a seal between your nail and your finger. This seal keeps your  nails healthy and strong. For this reason, don't cut into your cuticles. If you'd like to push them back, massage a little olive oil into them, gently pushing them back with your thumb as you do. Never use anything sharp to push your cuticles back.
Moisturizing
Water is actually one of the most drying elements your hands come in contactwith. Idealy, you should moisturize your hands every time you wash them. If this isn't doable, aim for atleast twice a day.
