AGILITY
Reebok began trialing in April, 2002, with our first trial being in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. I learned alot about Reebok that weekend. I was expecting her to be a little nervous and to do alot of sniffing on course. In our first run I left the line with her, God did I ever get a surprise. Reebok shot off the line and left me standing there stunned. She was 4 obstacles ahead of me when she looked back with that are you coming look.
We had a few problems that weekend, Reebok has a bit of an independant streak, (Damn them huskies) and liked to make up a bit of her own course. We left the trial with 1 "Q" in gamblers. I was very happy with her performance that weekend and I am looking forward to running more trials.
Our next trial came a couple of weeks later in the hat. Oh, how I am in trouble. I am acustomed to my dogs working beside me and not taking off ahead. I forsee spending the next few years running in starters.
Lethbridge was better, we got our title in gamblers and a leg in regular. Reebok has now chosen her favorite obstacle, the chute, we will be going home to work on call offs.
In Regina I got a little nervous, she was running beautifully but still wouldn't call off the chute. She would stop on the top of the wall and search the course for it. She came racing down the wall and ran straight for the chute. It was a little windy, thus blowing the chute open, Reebok didn't care which direction she went and proceeded to run up the chute backwards.
She settled down a bit on Sunday and we "Q'd" in both regular rounds and jumpers, finishing off her ADC. Lets see how things go now in advanced.

In October, 2002 at the Red River Trial held in Prince Albert Sask. Reebok finished off her Advanced Gamblers, Snooker and Jumpers legs to move into Masters. We also got our first team leg, now if only we can get our "poop in a group" with our regular rounds.
