Sounds weird but I fell in love with Shingo because of his movie, "Hong Kong Night Club"........I watched the movie because of Anita Yuen, who was very popular back then..........There was this good looking fella.......with nicely tanned skin and dressed in white...wow.......As the story moved on...he started disguising as a lady...and I got even more interested hahaa....I was thinking not bad huh...such a good looking guy......being willing to sacrifice his image.......and he belongs to SMAP afterall! I knew he was a member back then.........but had never had a close look at him because I thought SMAP's just another pretty looking boy band.....
After that I found myself surfing for his info.....swepting home all his dramas that I could possibily find......When I ran out of his dramas to watch...I started hunting for his variety shows....including smapxsmap.....
Oki I got hooked........"What are these guys doing!?" I thought........Completely different from my impression of them....I was impressed! They are not just a boy band.....they are not conventional idols......they are all rounded entertainers.......I finally understood why they are so big in Japan........And I really regretted not finding out about them earlier!!
My friends think this is silly and that I will regret when I am older....for having spend so much on their vcds and flying to japan just to see them..........But I truly believe that this is impossible........ Because of SMAP....I met new friends whom I have wonderful memories with and whom I believe are here to stay for life.......
