Being A Ranger Officer 3 has the same dutys as them all .Your GamerTag will be needed to be on the list of Officers for every weeks Training. You will need to be able to add gamerTags and keep them for 1 month. Training will be once a week for 4 weeks. Once a Ranger Officer 3 you can go in for the Election of, General/Fleet Admiral/Cheif of Staff.
