The Cheif of Staff is responsible for all of your Army's Attendance and Ranks. They will have to check all the battles to see who played on sunday and rank them up and count there attendance for the 6 weeks through out the war. Meaning they will also need to contanct Officers, to make sure they are doing boot camp each week for there attendace.
