Cheif Of Justice

The Cheif of Justice will be in charge of keeping the peace between Army members. handling cases in which might be agianst one player or another for whatever reason.
Depending on the Case and or accusations made agianst a player in the Army a court may be called in which the Cheif of Justice, and DX Doug will reveiw the case.

If you have a Case and or complaint the Cheif of Justice can handle it.. All Bans or Probations will need to be kept by the cheif of Justice for only there army to veiw, and DX Doug to veiw. (and possibly later made public) Send probation or ban info to [email protected]

Justice Rules
Cursing Lewdness, Screaming, or Comments to another player in a negative way will get you placed onto probation, depending on the charges the player will not be able to do whatever there duty is in the war for a certian period of time. If any promblems happens during this time they will be removed from the war.

When it comes to Ranks, no rank has permission to talk smack onto another no matter if a higher rank. If you are at or in a Game Lobby on halo 2 though and it pertains to the War. Higher Ranks can give orders which may be needed in times, and other such appropriate orders to lower ranks. Lower ranks either need to follow the rules or face possible punishment.If you abuse this power and use it for orders other then which you should this will also get you on probation, and or removed from the army depending on the case.

The Rights of Players

As players you all have a right to defend yourself alone, or with a attorney in which any of these situations arise agianst you. All players will have there charges read to them and that player can choose to plee Not Guilty , Guilty . If you plee Guilty Cheif of Justice will assign probation if needed, and or banning's. If you plee Not Guilty depending on the case Cheif of Justice will assign a time and day for your hearing if it cannot be held right then. The Cheif of Justice will listen to Both Cases from both sides of the story, and or witness's at the incident, or other evidence agianst a player. The Chief of Justice has the right to goto DX Doug for any case they choose (Please not unless your REALLY REALLY NOT Sure). You can choose to have your case not made public. The Chief of Justice will ask do you want your case made public depending on the case your probation or whatever will be visible at the website.
